The venue is not a standalone rental — all packages include the venue. Prices start at $8,500 (The Classic), $15,200 (The Premier), and from $20,500 (The Serendipity — fully all-inclusive with catering & bar). All prices include tax. No service charge, no gratuity. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit holds your date, with flexible monthly installments from $500.

Yes — the venue can be partitioned into separate ceremony and reception spaces. There is no additional charge for hosting your ceremony here as of 2026. Your total event time is 6 hours, covering ceremony and reception combined.

Yes. Outside vendors are welcome at no extra fee as long as they are licensed and insured. Outside caterers may bring their own food (a cleaning/staffing fee may apply; no kitchen is available on site). Outside security is not permitted — the venue provides in-house security for all events.

We recommend booking 1 to 1.5 years in advance. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit secures your date, and you can set up monthly payments at a minimum of $500/month. The final balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

Vendors and clients may arrive from 10:00 AM for setup. You have 6 hours of event time (ceremony + reception). The bar closes at 11:00 PM, and all events must conclude by midnight (12:00 AM). Extended start times (e.g. 8:00 AM) are available at additional cost.

Yes — complimentary self-parking and full valet parking are both included at no charge to you or your guests, for every event.

All payments and the initial $1,000 deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 90 days before the event: 50% of the remaining balance is due. Cancellations within 90 days: 100% of the remaining balance is due. The $500 refundable security deposit is returned after the event.

Yes — discounts are available for active military personnel and certified teachers. Please mention this when scheduling your tour and we will apply the discount to your package.
