Full-service wedding coordination — budget tracking, vendor management, design and styling, and a detailed, minute-by-minute wedding day timeline created with you.

Professional photography and videography, including an exclusive photo session prior to your event, a custom slideshow, photo booth, and a high-resolution online gallery.

DJ/MC & Entertainment

Professional bilingual DJ/MC services, a 10,000-watt sound system, Cloud 9 fog system for special dances, and a dedicated stage with space for live bands.

Catering & Open Bar

In-house catering with Mexican, American, Italian, and traditional Asian/Vietnamese menus, a 5-hour open bar, wedding cake, and a late-night snack station.

Floral & Décor

Centerpieces, table accents, hedge walls, 360° draping with ceiling décor, and 18 RGB chandeliers — all color-matched to your palette by our in-house florist and décor specialist.

Ceremony & Reception

The venue can be partitioned into separate ceremony and reception spaces. Host both here at no additional cost as of 2026 — religious, cultural, or any tradition you wish.

Full-Service Coordination

  • Planning & Logistics — budget tracking, vendor recommendations, contract negotiations, and a detailed minute-by-minute timeline
  • Vendor Management — primary point of contact for all vendors, coordinating arrivals and aligning every service with your design
  • Design & Styling — event design, tablescapes, and full décor setup to realize your vision
  • Day-of Execution — on-site supervision for 12+ hours covering ceremony and reception
  • Closing Services — overseeing breakdown and ensuring personal items are returned

Day-Of Coordination

  • Timeline Creation & Execution — a detailed schedule ensuring ceremony, toasts, and dancing all happen on time
  • Vendor Management — primary contact for all vendors, overseeing setup and handling inquiries
  • Ceremony & Reception — lining up the wedding party, cueing music, directing guests, managing décor placement
  • Problem-Solving — handling emergencies and logistical issues quietly, without involving the couple
  • Emergency Kit — sewing kits, medicines, and snacks for last-minute needs
  • Cleanup & Packing — supervising tear-down and packing personal items at the end of the night

We also offer wedding rehearsal services 1 to 2 days before your wedding day. Your Day-Of Coordinator will be present to assist with logistics, lineup, music, processional, and recessional — typically 1 to 1.5 hours.

Everything couples ask most before booking their wedding with us.

Yes — the venue can be partitioned into a separate ceremony space and reception space. There is currently no additional cost for hosting your ceremony here as of 2026. You have 6 hours of total event time, and the bride and groom can come in as early as 10:00 AM to set up.
Yes. We offer a wedding ceremony-only package. Please call us at (949) 636-7499 for details.
Yes. You can have a religious or cultural ceremony, and you can create any themed wedding you would like — let your imagination fly. There are no restrictions on the type of wedding or event you can host.
Yes. The bridal suite is located in a private section of the venue and includes an A/C system, multiple tall mirrors, makeup chairs, partitions for changing, couches, and a mini fridge. There is also a large bathroom the groom can use to get ready, and the bridal room can be used for the groom and the entire wedding party if desired.
Yes. 1 to 2 days before the wedding day, the bride and groom can come in with their wedding party to do their rehearsal. The Day-Of Coordinator will be present to assist with all logistics, lineup, music, processional, and recessional. Rehearsals typically run 1 to 1.5 hours.
We recommend booking 1 to 1.5 years in advance. A $1,000 deposit holds your date, and you can make monthly installment payments (minimum $500). The final balance is due 2 weeks before the event date.
Yes, you can bring your own cake from an outside baker, as long as they are licensed and insured. There is no cake-cutting fee. A wedding or event cake is also included in The Serendipity Package.
Yes — you can reserve time for engagement or bridal photo sessions at the venue before the wedding day, and there is no fee.
