An all inclusive wedding and event venue in Orange County.

Since 2004, Serendipity The Venue has welcomed couples and families to Fountain Valley for weddings, quinceañeras and private and corporate events. One indoor venue, one dedicated team and one celebration per day, for guests from across Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego.

Our Story

Two decades of celebrations, one seamless experience.

Serendipity The Venue has hosted celebrations in Fountain Valley since 2004. In that time, our team has created and coordinated more than 2,000 weddings, corporate events and private celebrations for families across Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego.

While many wedding venues in Orange County leave couples to book every vendor on their own, we built one experience under one roof. Planning, catering, bar, photography, video, DJ/MC, lighting, florals and décor can all come together in a single package, handled by one team.

We host one event per day, so the entire venue is reserved for you from setup to the last dance.

How We Plan

From first tour to last dance.

We recommend booking 1 to 1.5 years ahead. Here is how your celebration comes together with our team.

Private tour

Tours are private and by appointment, usually on Sundays, and last 1 to 1.5 hours. Virtual consultations are available for questions.

Planning

Depending on your package, your coordinator guides planning, logistics, vendors, design and styling.

Rehearsal

A 1 to 1.5 hour rehearsal with your coordinator, usually one or two days before the event.

Your celebration

We run the timeline, vendors, ceremony and reception, handle surprises with an emergency kit and supervise packing up at the end of the night.

Catering & Bar

Menus made for every family table.

Our in house catering serves Mexican, American and Italian menus, plus a traditional eight course Asian and Vietnamese service, buffet or plated. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available, and tastings can be arranged.
